Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive operational support to the assigned client throughout the entire flight management process, including pre‑flight planning, active flight monitoring, and post‑flight close‑out.
- Support the movement of critical aircraft materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and delivering the right parts at the right time.
- Coordinate flight logistics such as scheduling flights, making hotel bookings, handling airport pickups, and accommodating last‑minute changes.
- Assist passengers with in‑flight assistance and service, ensuring a memorable and unique guest experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in aviation support roles, including flight attendants, gate agents, or operational coordinators.
- Solid organizational and communication skills for coordinating multiple flights and hotel bookings.
- Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with aircraft materials logistics.
- Knowledge of passenger service and safety regulations.
