Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Process donations and maintain organized displays
• Stock shelves and optimize sales floor areas
• Operate the register and maintain cash accuracy
• Collaborate efficiently with volunteers and team members
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in retail or customer service
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills
• Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs
