Support the St. Lawrence College community as a part-time Student Services Navigator. Provide exceptional service to enhance the student experience and address diverse needs.
As a Student Services Navigator, your primary responsibility is to serve as the face of St. Lawrence College, assisting students, prospective clients, and staff. You will utilize your problem-solving abilities and customer service skills in a digitized office while ensuring a high degree of confidentiality. Your training in Non-violent Crisis Intervention will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the front-facing support for community inquiries
• Enhance student experience through referrals and assistance
• Maintain a positive and sensitive approach to client interactions




• Provide service in a diverse and inclusive environment
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma with at least 2 years of experience
• Training in Non-violent Crisis Intervention and/or ASIST
• Ability to engage with diverse populations effectively
• Robust problem-solving and customer service skills
• Must report to work location as required
