Become an essential part of our manufacturing process as an SMT Inspector/Repairer. You will ensure precision in soldering and assembly for our audio and video infrastructure equipment.
Our company operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, focusing on exceptional quality in our products. In this role, your expertise in hand soldering and repair will contribute directly to meeting our manufacturing targets. Effective communication and a solid understanding of electronic components will be vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify parts and locations are accurately placed per BOM
• Conduct soldering and repair of SMT components
• Achieve set manufacturing and quality targets
• Follow all Tech Digital Policies and Procedures
• Ensure a clean and maintained working setting
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong ability to read and interpret electronic drawings
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is essential
• Production environment experience is a plus
