As an Occupancy & Service Technician, your main responsibility will be preparing homes for occupancy by conducting thorough inspections, completing repairs, and educating current homeowners on their systems. Collaborate closely with the Client Care Manager to coordinate smooth transitions for new occupants, focusing on zero deficiencies and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect homes for repairs and detailing needs
• Test and confirm operation of all mechanical systems
• Educate homeowners on maintenance and warranties
• Complete after-occupancy repairs as directed
• Maintain safety compliance at work sites

Requirements:
• Proven experience in construction or home inspection
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems
• Robust interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adhere to tight schedules
• Commitment to health and safety protocols
