Reporting to the President and Executive Council, the Executive Director (ED) is responsible for all operational facets of HSAS. Your leadership experience within unionized or public sector frameworks will be key to fostering impactful advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement HSAS’ Strategic Plan with measurable outcomes
• Oversee the union's financial health and mitigate risks
• Promote an inclusive and accountable work culture




• Establish partnerships with external health system entities
• Supervise daily operational workflow and objectives

Requirements:
• Proven senior leadership track record required
• Comprehensive understanding of labour relations necessary
• Expertise in governance support and Board collaboration
• Effective financial management and risk oversight skills
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline advantageous
