Cozen O’Connor seeks a mid‑level associate attorney with three to seven years of experience to join the Canadian capital markets and securities practice. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with solid drafting and technical skills that is able to draft prospectuses, filing statements, information circulars and agency/underwriting agreements, proactively respond to client requests under tight time constraints and have a robust background and experience applying securities laws and exchange rules to daily client needs. Experience in private M&A; and taking a leadership role in preparing share purchase agreements and/or asset purchase agreements will also be helpful in the consideration of any candidate.

Ontario Bar membership is required,



memberships in other Canadian jurisdictions and a U.S. call bar association are an asset. Please provide a recent deal sheet along with your resume.

The salary range for this role is $155,00 - $235,000 CAD and represents the Firm’s valuable faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
