This position is intended for experienced specialists passionate about product management and operational excellence. You will coach Product Owners, define product operating model processes, and ensure effective collaboration across teams. Your ability to positively influence teams will be critical in redefining product practices and enhancing overall outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted partner for Product Owners
• Create and maintain product development templates
• Develop prioritization frameworks and visibility standards
• Guide teams in using product management tools effectively
• Champion analytics and operational insights for improvement
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Product Management, 2+ in Product Ops
• Ability to coach and mentor without direct authority
• Excellent facilitation and narrative crafting skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other tools
• Must be eligible to work in Canada, bilingual for Quebec
