We invite a student to join our Labour Relations team as an internship at Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil, Quebec. The role involves supporting labour relations matters across Canada and internationally. The internship runs from July to December 2026, Monday through Friday, on‑site with adaptable schedule.

Location

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and organize an internal reference database for interpretation of laws and collective agreements.

Assist Labour Relations managers in disciplinary processes following HR investigations.

Participate in meetings with managers and HR partners on labour relations topics.

Gather and analyze data related to labour relations files, focusing on the current collective agreement.

Conduct research on legal points and analyze jurisprudence for various labour relations files.

Attend representations at legal bodies; assist in the preparation of files when necessary.

Update and structure the Labour Relations SharePoint site.

Analyze and update company policies.





Participate in developing HR‑IR training content and handle logistics support.

Qualifications

Eligible to work in Canada.

Enrolled at a Canadian university throughout the internship duration.

Able to work on‑site in the province where hired.

Current student in Industrial Relations or Human Resources.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Additional Assets

Second or third internship experience.

Relevant work experience.

Language Requirements
The position is based in a French‑speaking work environment but requires functional English to read and communicate technical documents.
