Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize cloud-ready genomic analysis workflows
• Collaborate with academia and industry on genomic datasets
• Validate tools and methods for high-quality analyses
• Liaise with customers to implement tailored bioinformatics solutions
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in genomics
Requirements:
• Master's degree in bioinformatics or similar
• 3+ years developing NGS pipelines
• Solid programming knowledge in Python
• Familiarity with workflow technologies like WDL
• Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
