Applicants should have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and five years in the mental health sector, including supervisory experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise clinical and administrative functions for teams
• Involve in community capacity building and program development
• Conduct peer supervision meetings in compliance with program models




• Forge qualified alliances with community agencies
• Track program statistics and assess service delivery outcomes

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
• Leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in mental health
• Appropriate certification under the Psychotherapy Act
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and family therapy
• French language skills are a plus
