Drive infrastructure innovation as a Lead Roadway Design Engineer with SYSTRA Canada. This role is focused on developing and executing key roadway projects in the GTA Area.

Reporting to the Civil Design Lead, you will coordinate and manage road design staff while ensuring compliance with quality and project requirements. Your robust foundation in municipal road design and traffic engineering, combined with your ability to navigate complex project dynamics, will be crucial for successful collaboration and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design coordination for roadway projects
• Develop designs for intersections, signage, and safety analysis
• Produce and oversee technical documentation and reports




• Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts
• Guide junior engineers and support technical reviews

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering; P.Eng. registration in Ontario
• Minimum of 10 years of road design expertise
• Profound knowledge of construction principles and practices
• Experience in urban roadway and transit projects
• Valid Class 'G' Driver's license with vehicle access
