In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Professional Conduct and be pivotal in investigating complaints and improving regulatory processes. Your CPA designation and extensive experience in public practice and investigations position you perfectly for this critical function. You'll work to uphold public trust by balancing fairness and compliance in actions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate professional conduct complaints effectively
• Create reports and presentations for Committee evaluations




• Assist in drafting Determination & Recommendations
• Testify at discipline hearings when necessary
• Enhance existing processes for efficiency and compliance

Requirements:
• CPA designation along with 3+ years in Public Practice
• Over 3 years of experience in regulatory investigations
• Solid interpersonal and verbal skills with a diplomatic approach
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
