Your expertise will be crucial in negotiations, grievance resolution, and contract monitoring. Solid managerial skills and fluency in French are advantageous for effective communication in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice to pilots on employment issues
• Manage the negotiation of labour agreements
• Oversee dispute resolution under collective agreements
• Summarize findings for Transport Canada hearings
• Supervise administrative and paralegal staff
Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Required LLB or equivalent law degree
• Minimum five years of relevant labour law experience
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Experience preferred in collective bargaining processes
