Evolve Therapy Services is looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Massena, NY. This role requires planning and directing speech therapy services with an emphasis on resident care quality.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, available for full time, part time, or PRN schedules, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and instruct both staff and families in speech-language procedures. Your contributions will enhance the therapeutic support provided to residents in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer quality speech therapy services per established standards
• Conduct evaluations for accurate treatment planning
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with defined goals




• Guide patients and families in speech-language techniques

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Hold an active SLP license in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competency required
