Become a pivotal force in shaping quality management in the marine instrumentation industry. As Director of Quality, your leadership will ensure seamless integration of quality processes across various geographical sites, focusing on data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will inherit and redefine the quality framework within a growing multi-BU workplace. You will collaborate closely with the COO and VP of Engineering to build a cohesive strategy for managing non-conformances, enhancing data accuracy, and standardizing quality control measures throughout Victoria, BC, Halifax, NS, and Plymouth, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Severity 1 non-conformance resolution effectively
• Architect a quality data ecosystem that fits multiple sites
• Lead cross-BU teams to standardize quality processes




• Conduct quality reviews that surface critical insights
• Create comprehensive onboarding plans for current acquisitions

Requirements:
• Engineering or quality management degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience in quality operations
• Robust familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS systems
• Proven track record in operational excellence in multi-BU settings
• Preferred: ASQ CQE or Six Sigma certifications
