As a Psychiatric Liaison Nurse, you will engage in providing intake assessments and crisis interventions for psychiatric patients in the Emergency Department. You'll work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to adapt care plans and enhance effective patient transitions to community services. Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and assess psychiatric referrals diligently
