As a Crew Member at Qwench Juice Bar, you will provide outstanding customer service while preparing fresh juices, smoothies, bowls, and other menu items. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace, ensuring every customer enjoys a great experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
Prepare smoothies, fresh juices, acai bowls, wraps, sandwiches, and other menu items according to company recipes and food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, equipment, and workstations.
Wash, cut, and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables for daily operations.
Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and speed.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers.




Report equipment issues or customer concerns to the manager promptly.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
