At Step Above Exteriors, we specialize in high-end exterior transformations—including siding, soffit, fascia, trim, and custom exterior cladding. We take care of our installers, keep a consistent year-round schedule, and pay top dollar for elite craftsmanship.

We are currently looking to hire a Crew Lead OR an Established Full Crew ready to hit the ground running.

Key Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Proof of Work: You MUST provide explicit photos of YOUR specific individual craftsmanship. (Please do not submit general photos of a site or crew project unless you personally performed or directed that specific detail work).
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience leading projects in siding, soffit, fascia, or custom exterior trim.
Gear & Rig: Valid driver’s license, and a full set of your own skilled exterior hand and power tools.
Proficiency: Ability to work quickly and cleanly without sacrificing safety or quality.

What You’ll Do




Lead and manage daily jobsite operations for siding and exterior renovation projects.
Maintain clean lines, tight cuts, and flawless installation on every job.
Keep projects running on schedule and manage site materials efficiently.
Serve as the main point of contact on site for management and clients.

Pay & Perks
Base Pay: $50.00/hour to start.
Top-Tier Performance: We pay well for high-producing leads and rapid, clean crews. If you work efficiently and deliver exceptional quality, your earning potential increases significantly beyond the base rate.
Consistent Pipeline: Reliable, steady work line up so you can stay busy without the downtime.
