Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all inspection and testing aligned with project standards
• Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

Requirements:
• 5+ years of QC experience in major civil projects
• Robust understanding of materials and testing standards
• Experience with ITP development and management
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
