In this role reporting to the Manager of Product Definition, you will focus on tooling requirements, assembly processes, and the production bill of materials. Your insights will be crucial for enhancing manufacturing efficiency while aligning with the set engineering standards. You will have a role in training and supporting team members across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create tools and materials for integration in production
• Review designs and assist in engineering change requests
• Provide technical assistance for production improvement
• Analyze production processes and propose corrective actions
• Prepare methods instructions for final assembly
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of aerospace manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with aerospace tools and standards
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
• Independent thinker with excellent engineering judgement
• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
