Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and promote community engagement through activities
• Develop cutting-edge programs reflecting Community Members' interests
• Implement the V!VAfit Program to enhance physical wellness




• Recruit and supervise volunteers effectively
• Manage event calendars and related budgets

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in recreational programming for seniors
• Relevant Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field
• Personal Training or Fitness Instructor Certification encouraged
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and medical clearance required
