The General

Manager will lead a team to ensure adherence to safety regulations and foster relationships with community organizations.

Your role will involve preparing budgets, monitoring operations, and implementing customer service standards driven by community needs. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and performance management for staff
Collaborate on maintenance planning and capital improvements
Manage event logistics and coordinate with municipal departments




Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:
Degree in Recreation Management or a related discipline
Three years in similar management roles, preferably in a union setting
Class 5 Driver’s License and relevant facility certifications
Solid planning, communication, and analytical skills
Capability to manage under pressure in a complex workplace
