Kinetic Construction Ltd. (Kinetic) is a Vancouver-based construction company. We have an opening for a BIM/VDC Specialist under the direction of the BIM/VDC Integration Lead at our Vancouver branch. The role involves implementing BIM & VDC technology and supporting project delivery through design and construction phases.

Location: Vancouver branch, Canada

Salary: $69,842 – $104,124 annually, based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

Post‑secondary education in Architecture or Engineering (preferred)

In‑depth knowledge of BIM & VDC services, standards, and implementation

5+ years of production experience in design, drafting, or engineering

1+ year working for a General Contractor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Prior experience in the Construction Industry is considered an asset

Ability to train other employees on various BIM tools and software

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Ability to use time productively, maximizing efficiency and meeting goals

Exceptional work ethic and uphold company values





Basic PC experience in Windows environments, word processing, spreadsheets, email, web‑enabled applications and database software

Self‑starter and drive to pursue continued education on BIM & VDC

Works well both as part of a team and independently
