ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Operations team, this Customer Engineer role will be responsible providing technical support to customer-users based on their needs, related to our products and services (CAD/CAM and MES/ERP solutions). This includes supporting the full software lifecycle: from implementation and user training to incident resolution.

Duties & Responsibilities
The main duties are:

Consult, specify, install, configure, and provide support on issues related to our software (CAD/CAM and MES/ERP).

Support and implement small/medium customer projects.

Define solutions in exchange with customers.

Create specifications according to the customer's requirements.





Gathering and analysing customer requirements for current software installations or upgrades.

Train customers and employees in Lantek systems (in office and online).

Education & Experience

Technical background, preferably Computer Engineering or IT field.

Experience in technical projects involving software in an industrial environment.

Knowledge of Lantek systems would be desirable.

Skills & Abilities

Native English Speaker. Knowledge of French will be highly valued. Other languages, such as Spanish or German, are a plus.

Positive interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and evaluate customer expectations.

Customer oriented-approach.

Goal-oriented work within the framework of project implementation.

Willingness to travel.
