We're partnering with a leading insurance & investments organization to hire an Investment System Implementation Leader to support their Investment Finance function, specifically with an investment system conversion and implementation.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys acting as an internal consultant--partnering with investment teams to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting.

Our client, is currently using SS&C;'s Portia investment system. They are looking to implement a new system and are just in the beginning stages of requirements gathering. This position will act as the bridge between Investment Finance and Systems , leading the implementation of a new investment system (the full scope is still being determined - with our client considering IBOR, ABOR, or OMS options).

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead process improvement initiatives across Investment Finance
Lead the investment system implementation and conversion
Partner with stakeholders to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and operational risks
Design and implement scalable solutions, controls, and reporting frameworks




Support development of management systems (KPIs, reporting, training, governance)
Deliver training on process improvement methodologies
Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in investment operations or investment finance
Robust experience implementing investment systems
Experience migrating from Portia , or experience with Portia, considered a strong asset
Strong understanding of controls, risk, and financial reporting
Proven ability to lead process improvement or transformation initiatives
Transparent and concise communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability

Compensation
Total target compensation: $130K – $180K (base + bonus)
