In this position, you will collaborate with the Service Coordinator and other mechanics to tackle preventative maintenance and repairs for our tractors. Your skills as a Licensed Tractor Technician will ensure effective diagnostics and timely solutions, while also promoting the growth of Apprentices under your guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement preventative maintenance and repairs on tractors
• Diagnose issues found during inspections and recommend actions
• Guide and support Apprentices in their training




• Complete electronic work orders accurately and timely
• Work independently while maintaining safety practices

Requirements:
• Licensed Tractor Technician certification is mandatory
• Proven experience in the Heavy Equipment field
• Excellent diagnosing and customer service skills
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Capability to manage physical labor tasks up to 50 lbs
