About the Role BLG, Canada’s leading, creative and client‑focused law firm, is seeking an Associate – Leasing. This position is open in the Ottawa and Toronto offices.
Responsibilities Complete document preparation and analyze files as they enter the firm.
Draft and review lease contracts, and engage in independent negotiation.
Run routine leasing matters with minimal oversight and work under limited supervision on more complex matters.
Maintain client‑facing responsibilities.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of leasing experience in in‑house practice or private law firm.
Robust drafting skills and analytical abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset.
Location Ottawa or Toronto office.
