Key Responsibilities:
• Execute ongoing risk assessments for patient care
• Implement de-escalation techniques for patient interaction
• Demonstrate physical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Contribute to a culture of quality improvement
• Work with RNs and specialists on patient assignments
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Hold an RPN diploma and current B.C.L.S. Certificate
• Certification in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
• Knowledge and experience with psychiatric patient management
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care
