You will work directly with the Ęgǫwadiyadagenha˺ Land Based Healing Centre Manager to implement effective programs related to mental health and substance use. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and significant experience in mental health settings. You'll facilitate therapeutic groups and support clients through meaningful interventions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct assessments for mental health and substance use • Facilitate therapeutic groups and direct counselling sessions • Produce awareness materials for community education • Collaborate with cultural advisors for holistic care • Provide aftercare and relapse prevention strategies

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or equivalent • 4+ years of work-related experience preferred • Experience in addiction and mental health support • Understanding of intergenerational trauma • Clean vulnerable sector police check required
