Responsibilities Assemble aircraft engines and sub‑assemblies according to assembly floor sheets (AFS), ensuring proper use and care of equipment, tools, and secure working practices.
Maintain the quality and integrity of the product at all times.
Sign applicable assembly floor sheets when operations are complete.
Execute engine pre‑dress, test, and post‑dress as directed by AFS.
Document build, test, or strip activities to ensure smooth workflow and coordination between shifts.
Verify that tools, equipment, and parts are clean, free of FOD and damage before and after use.
Properly care for and store tools, equipment, and parts during assembly, test, and disassembly.
Assist in troubleshooting during assembly, test, or disassembly, performing tasks such as cleaning hardware.
Contribute to FOD prevention, continuous improvement, and EHS culture.
Work shifts on a 2‑week days/2‑week afternoons rotation, with alternate shifts occasionally required.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.




Two years of technical college in aircraft trades.
Minimum two years of experience in the aircraft field preferred.
Awareness of EH&S; and continuous improvement (asset).
Detail‑oriented and results‑focused.
Solid teamwork capability.
High mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.
Drive and initiative.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
