Qualifications Member in positive standing of the Ontario Bar
Approximately 10+ years of pertinent tax experience
Strong drafting, negotiating, analytical & interpersonal skills
Solid business acumen and strong client‑facing abilities
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
Demonstrable leadership experience and ability to delegate and mentor junior lawyers
