Empower women and gender-diverse individuals as a Bilingual Community Outreach Specialist with Up With Women. This full time remote role focuses on expanding outreach efforts across Calgary and beyond.

As a crucial member of the team, you'll report to the Regional Manager while utilizing your expertise in relationship building and outreach initiatives. Your work will involve presenting UWW/EXP’s programs to community partners, conducting targeted outreach, and driving engagement efforts aimed at supporting program applicants. Your bilingual communication skills will be vital for effective connection and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging partnerships with community service organizations
• Organize and implement outreach activities across various platforms
• Present UWW/EXP programs to partners and stakeholders




• Record and maintain accurate partnership data in Salesforce
• Evaluate outreach effectiveness and implement quality improvements

Requirements:
• Proficient in English and French
• Over 4 years of experience in community outreach and partnership development
• Solid results-oriented character with proven track record
• Exceptional oral and written communication capabilities
• Knowledge of socio-economic challenges faced by target populations
