This role requires a dedicated qualified with a university degree and a minimum of seven years of experience in Lean methodologies, particularly within manufacturing and supply chains. You will analyze existing processes, facilitate team-oriented improvement sessions, and promote a culture of continuous optimization throughout your tenure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, design, and optimize current business processes
• Lead work sessions for future-state process design
• Identify and challenge inefficiencies in workflows
• Coach teams on CORE methodologies and Lean tools
• Standardize processes across various sites and functions
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering, management, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Lean improvement roles
• Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale transformations
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills in English and French
