Contracts Manager Construction

A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their growing team.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing two £2‑£10 million prime refurbishment/recent build projects in Surrey and London, ensuring programs, designs, reporting and day‑to‑day management are executed to the highest standards.

The Contracts Manager - Requirements
Prime / high‑end residential experience
Managing multiple £2+ million budgets simultaneously
Exposure to prime refurbishments and recent builds
Excellent organisational and team‑management skills
Positive computer skills

In return
£70,000 – £85,000 salary
