ACCESS Cleghorn is seeking a Pharmacy Technical Assistance Instructor to deliver engaging and effective training to adult learners. This unique educational role combines theoretical education with practical training, tailored to meet industry standards in Saint-Lambert.

As a Pharmacy Technical Assistance Instructor, you will teach students in our adult education program, developing both curriculum and hands-on training approaches. You'll supervise laboratory exercises and facilitate students’ internship placements, evaluating their progress throughout their learning journey. Proficiency in English is required for effective delivery of the course.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive course materials
• Facilitate hands-on training with advanced pharmaceutical equipment




• Supervise practical exercises during lab sessions
• Guide students during their healthcare internship experiences
• Assess and provide feedback on student performance

Requirements:
• DEC in Pharmacy or recognized equivalent
• Minimum of two years in the Pharmacy Technical Assistance field
• Experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective in facilitating both theoretical and practical instruction
