Key Responsibilities:



• Code health records using ICD-10-CA and CCI standards • Abstract records accurately following CIHI guidelines • Assess data quality and make necessary adjustments • Manage deadlines for data submission effectively • Collaborate with team members to uphold coding integrity

Requirements: • CHIMA-recognized Health Information Management program completion • Valid CHIMA certification and active membership required • 3 years of ICD-10-CA and CCI experience • Familiarity with Manitoba Abstract Data Elements preferred • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
