Duties
Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and answering questions to foster a positive shopping workplace
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
Manage cash register transactions efficiently while maintaining precise cash handling and balancing tills at shift end
Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities
Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction




Maintain skilled phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles with a focus on sales growth
Strong technical sales experience, including product demos and explaining features to customers
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transactions
Excellent communication skills paired with active listening to understand customer needs
Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail operations to support store presentation efforts
