We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries regarding products and services.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.
Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring merchandising displays are appealing and stocked.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve issues.




Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during peak hours.
Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, providing timely responses and assistance.

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Proficiency in using POS systems for effective transaction management.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory effectively.
