As part of the Home Operations team, you will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing the nutritional health of Residents. The Dietitian will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and the Food Services Manager to develop secure and satisfying menus. Your role will also involve providing education on nutrition topics within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead nutritional assessments and create personalized diet plans
• Consult on dietary menu development and approvals




• Monitor the efficacy of dietary supplements for Residents
• Educate staff about nutrition-related topics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety assurance

Requirements:
• Must hold a degree in Food and Nutrition
• Two years of relevant experience is beneficial
• Effective communicator in English
• Robust organizational skills
