Term position focuses on managing and developing co-op internships for students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition to advising students, you'll monitor compliance, evaluate learning outcomes, and collaborate with employer partners to ensure quality placements. Your strategic approach will streamline program processes and ensure student success. Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain quality control for co-op programs
Coordinate student eligibility and job placements
Attend campus events for stakeholder engagement
Provide individual support to students as needed
Monitor and evaluate student and employer feedback Requirements:
3 to 5 years experience in career development
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
Knowledge of career development practices
Experience in marketing and program administration
