Supporting HOOPP’s North American Real Estate team, this Analyst role involves evaluating acquisitions, managing portfolio performance, and identifying development opportunities. You will contribute to reporting processes, key strategic initiatives, and property performance assessments, ensuring that the organization achieves its objectives. Your role will involve team-oriented efforts and engagement with market visits to drive effective analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in underwriting and evaluation of real estate investments
• Support assessment of asset plans and transaction evaluations




• Track and analyze development opportunities in the portfolio
• Monitor market fundamentals impacting asset performance
• Maintain reporting dashboards for transaction tracking

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with robust academics
• At least 2 years in commercial real estate investment
• Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Robust Excel skills and problem-solving abilities
• Positive teamwork and excellent communication skills
