Fidelity Canada is seeking an Agile Delivery Specialist to enhance Agile processes in Toronto with future relocation to Mississauga. This role enables collaboration and delivery efficiency across multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work setting.
As an Agile Delivery Specialist, you will coach cross-functional pods to improve their Agile effectiveness, facilitate requirement discussions, and mitigate risks. Your role encompasses ensuring well-defined, testable requirements and continuous process improvements within various teams, including Product Management and Software Development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate discussions for planning and release readiness
• Ensure clarity of requirements for development
• Maintain transparency on project timelines and risks
• Improve workflows and meeting efficiency
• Support performance reporting and key metrics tracking
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years total experience with 3+ years in Agile roles
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and coaching
• Ability to effectively communicate across teams
• Organized with robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
