You will interpret technical drawings, collaborate with operators, and support lean manufacturing by optimizing machining processes. Solid mechanical knowledge and familiarity with HAAS controls are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Develop CNC programs for HAAS CNC vertical milling machines
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for machining tasks
Collaborate with setup operators to optimize tool paths




Select appropriate tools for various machining operations
Identify and implement process improvements in machining Requirements:
Over 5 years of CNC programming experience with MasterCam
Mechanical knowledge of machining processes and tooling
Familiarity with HAAS control systems
Ability to read CAD files, particularly SolidWorks
