In this part time role, you will assess patients and develop treatment plans under the direction of the Patient Care Manager. You will engage in patient care meetings, document all patient interactions, and participate in program development. This role requires flexibility, as you may work on weekends and travel between campuses.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans • Actively participate in patient care meetings • Document all aspects of patient care accurately • Engage in program development and educational activities • Travel between Lakeridge Health campuses as required

Requirements: • Licensed physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario • Minimum 2 years of clinical acute care experience • Rostered for administering inhaled substances or commitment required • Experience with geriatric population assessment • Current CPR certification
