In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Aviva AutoCare team with at least five years of experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing vehicle surfaces, mixing paint, and operating automated systems. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to rectify any painting flaws and promote a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and de-grease vehicle surfaces for painting
• Accurately mix and apply paint to specifications
• Operate paint systems for various vehicle models
• Monitor for defects and ensure quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
Requirements:
• 5+ years of paint technician experience
• Preferably hold a Red Seal – Automotive Painter (410N)
• Robust knowledge of refinishing practices
• Excellent time management skills
• Commitment to following safety regulations
