Manage claims litigation from start to finish
Provide legal opinions and research as needed
Support team development through mentorship
Assess needs for expert involvement in cases
Engage in court appearances and case conferences
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years in litigation or personal injury law
Law degree (LLB, JD or equivalent)
Licensed to practice in Ontario
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Proven negotiation capabilities
