Responsibilities
Assist with site activities such as , framing, siding, and interior trim installation to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Maintain safety standards by monitoring use of power tools and hand tools; ensure compliance with safety protocols during all phases of work.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction or related fields.
Hands-on experience with framing, siding, and interior finish.
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in carpentry, woodworking,
siding installation or general construction.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; comfortable working at heights or in physically demanding environments and extreme conditions such as winter.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of multitasking across different projects simultaneously.
Robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
