Step into a pivotal role as the Regional Practice Lead in Medical Radiation Technology at Vancouver General Hospital, supporting Vancouver Coastal Health’s mission. Specializing in Computed Tomography, you will significantly impact the quality of patient care provided across multiple sites.

In this leadership position, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of practice standards for Medical Imaging services across VCH, requiring travel to various locations including rural areas. Your expertise will drive the development of training programs, research initiatives, and quality assurance practices that align with organizational goals and client-centered care models. By fostering team-oriented relationships, you will help elevate the practice of Medical Imaging throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:




• Create and enforce modality-specific practice standards
• Lead training and quality assurance programs
• Guide team members in effective imaging practices
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations
• Support research and innovation initiatives

Requirements:
• CAMRT certification in relevant modality
• Minimum of seven years of medical imaging experience
• At least three years in a leadership role
• Must have a valid BC driver's license
• In-depth knowledge of Medical Imaging safety standards
