Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and prepare tailored safety training programs
• Mentor personnel according to operational needs
• Conduct training assessments and evaluations

Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in heavy equipment operations
• Background in mining or milling as a training specialist
• Capable of conducting both theoretical and practical training
• Solid communication and leadership experience
• Mine Rescue certification is advantageous
